An entity to accompany you throughout your journey. Konek is an early-stage company founded in November 2023 with a mission to provide personalized career and education guidance for young professionals, starting from Indonesia.
We provide various consultation services based on the Candidate's needs, such as scholarships preparations, school admissions, essay review, mock up interview, and so on. In Konek ecosystem, the one who is in the middle of preparing study abroad or navigating career path will be called "Candidate". Since he/she is currently planning the next stage, we hope that they can successfully grow, make progress, and learn the best practices from their own journey with Konek.
Like a mentor, the "Advisor" is a person who will give a guidance to the Candidates based on their expertise and life experiences. We have our Standard Operating Procedure and code of conduct for the Advisors to comply and ensure the Candidates get their best experiences in Konek's community.
Sure. You can send us a WhatsApp text first, and our team will assess your needs before giving the best recommendation.
The answers are yes and no. You might have the same Advisor during your preparations to MBA school, for example, but different Advisor for the scholarships preparation. Each case will have different conditions.
However, if there is an Advisor that you have already known from your previous consultation–considering that he/she has comprehensive understanding about your profile and journey, you may ask us for it.

You must have willingness to engage in a flexible, one-on-one conversations with the Candidate
Be a part of a safe, supportive, and purpose-driven community

It would depend on your availability. Basically, each Candidate will be mentored by one Advisor in one type of consultations. However, it is also possible for you to handle more than one Candidate for different consultation services.
For example, you may have a Candidate who’s working on the scholarship’s essay requirements and, at the same time, you also have another Candidate who’s preparing the school admission to get the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
